Approved agenda and shared with Marybeth the tentative long-range plan of work and timeline agreed to at the previous meeting.
Discussed initial draft of Process Plan (see "Process Plan" tab above). Sarah to incorporate suggestions agreed to (e.g., common language, collective impact concepts and principles, post-summit "champions" meeting).
Discussed the NAEH 2016 scoring criteria summary, HUD's 2016 "high priority" application questions and the ROCC's scores on those questions.
Began baseline assessment (see "Scorecard" tab above), discussing sections 1 and 6c only.

If the goal is getting providers to commit to shared measurement systems and a joint action plan, they need to trust each other, and know their interests are equally valued and protected. One objective should be to practice continuous communication, so people know they can express concerns and discuss ideas, which allows the development of trust and a common language. A tactic related to this goal might be reporting on progress and impact.
